Mindful Movement
This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

This is a Vinyasa Flow yoga class. This class is welcome to all levels, yet previous experience is highly suggested. Heated classes are about 90 degrees. Pre-Registration is required due to limited capacity. You have up to 2 hours prior to the class to cancel. If you have a class card and do not cancel 2 hours prior, one class will be removed from class card. For autopay/ month unlimited memberships, a $10 fee will be charged to your account.
