Slow Flow Vinyasa breaks down the elements of the Vinyasa Flow (VF) class at a slower pace. Students will learn how to coordinate breath and movement, while learning proper alignment of postures. SFV also builds strength and endurance in preparation for the Vinyasa Flow (FV) class.
Ideal for: All levels/ Beginner/Intermediate (It is suggested for brand new beginners to take a Gentle Hatha Flow (GHY) class before taking SFV)

This Gentle Movement and Meditation Class is a one hour practice combining 30-40 minutes of grounded slow yoga postures and 20-30 minutes of a guided meditation or yoga nidra (guided body relaxation meditation). Please bring a yoga mat and any extra props such as bolsters or blankets of your liking. We do have bolsters and blocks at the studio. This class is pre-registration only.

Slow Flow Vinyasa breaks down the elements of the Vinyasa Flow (VF) class at a slower pace. Students will learn how to coordinate breath and movement, while learning proper alignment of postures. SFV also builds strength and endurance in preparation for the Vinyasa Flow (FV) class.

This Gentle Movement and Meditation Class is a one hour practice combining 30-40 minutes of grounded slow yoga postures and 20-30 minutes of a guided meditation or yoga nidra (guided body relaxation meditation). This Gentle Movement and Meditation Class is a one hour practice combining 30-40 minutes of grounded slow yoga postures and 20-30 minutes of a guided meditation or yoga nidra (guided body relaxation meditation). Please bring a yoga mat and any extra props such as bolsters or blankets of your liking. We do have bolsters and blocks at the studio. This class is pre-registration only.

Slow Flow Vinyasa breaks down the elements of the Vinyasa Flow (VF) class at a slower pace. Students will learn how to coordinate breath and movement, while learning proper alignment of postures. SFV also builds strength and endurance in preparation for the Vinyasa Flow (FV) class.
Ideal for: All levels/ Beginner/Intermediate (It is suggested for brand new beginners to take a Gentle Hatha Flow (GHY) class before taking SFV)
