Tap Out Holiday Stress with EFT (Dec 11th)

This time of year brings so much joy AND so much stress. Whether it is family dynamics, lack of time, or something else altogether, most of us can relate to feeling some extra pressure during the holidays. In this 60 minute workshop, we will utilize Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to reduce our stress and clear the way to enjoy the upcoming holiday season. EFT is an energy based technique used worldwide in various healing professions. As a group, we will tap on selected points of the face, head, chest, and hands which run along the acupuncture (or energetic) meridians. By tapping while using specific language, we can release stuck or excess emotions and rebalance our energy system. EFT is simple, gentle, and remarkably effective.
The class will include a basic instruction on EFT tapping points. No experience is necessary. You will leave feeling lighter with a new tool in your toolbox to help you invoke a sense of calm whenever you need it.

In this workshop, restorative yoga is combined with stretching assists and bodywork. The goal of these assists is to enhance the postures, align the body, and maximize your ability to soften into passive yoga asanas. Massage and bodywork will be used to place focus on parts of the body that may need special attention. This practice is followed with a yoga nidra (guided meditation) and a sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, and other peaceful sounds.
Join us, in this two-hour workshop, to revitalize the mind, body, and soul.
This is for all levels; prior yoga experience is not required. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring socks and a sweater or sweatshirt to bundle in for the yoga nidra and sound bath experience.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the workshop. Door will be locked at the start of the workshop.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

(Heated: 90 degrees)

Join Lisa in welcoming the week of the Winter Solstice! You will be guided through the traditional 108 Sun Salutations with a child's pose break after each set of 10. This practice helps practitioners cultivate gratitude while shedding the old and welcoming new opportunities. This is an uplifting and reinvigorating practice.

Join Ashley for a collective 120 minute New Year's Eve Renewal. Embrace a 30 minute Gentle Grateful Flow, 20 Minute Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, followed by mantra chanting and a simple sound bath. Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.
