*SOLD OUT* Recharge & Renew: Gentle Yoga, Bodywork, Meditation, and Sound Bath (Sept 24th)

In this Balanced Living workshop, gentle yoga movement is combined with stretching assists and bodywork. The goal of these assists is to enhance the postures, align the body, and maximize your ability to soften into the yoga asanas. Massage and bodywork will be used to place focus on parts of the body that may need special attention. This practice is followed with a yoga nidra (guided meditation) and a sound bath with crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and other peaceful sounds. Join us, in this two-hour workshop, to recharge and refuel the mind, body, and soul.
 

This is for all levels; prior yoga experience is not required. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring socks and a sweater or sweatshirt to bundle in for the yoga nidra and sound bath experience.

You don’t need to quit thinking to find calm. Your thoughts have the ability to impact your feelings, change the course of your day or life, make you feel happy or stressed, or even impact how your physical body feels. But just because they can have this power, doesn't mean we have to give it to them. If you find yourself stressed or anxious because of what's happening in your mind or you have struggled with meditation because you can't seem to stop your thoughts, this is the workshop for you. Discover the power of finding calm, despite your thoughts and explore how to use yoga and meditation to help you transform your mind.

Intro to Crystals & Yoga Workshop (Nov 5th)

This workshop is your entry to the world of crystals. Crystal energy has the ability to help heal the body and the mind. Their energy can aid in physical and mental health, protection, relationships, and so much more. In this workshop, we learn the basics of crystals and how to incorporate them into our yoga practice. This guided practice starts with an introduction to crystal basics and leads into a guided gentle flow with meditation supported by our crystal practice. We take time to explore what crystals do and how to work with them and how to use them on and off the mat. This class is great for anyone who wants to work with crystals but is not sure where to start, or someone who is already working with crystals but wants to learn how to work with them on the mat.
 
Workshop includes a crystal to take home.

Mindful movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

This workshop is your entry to the world of crystals. Crystal energy has the ability to help heal the body and the mind. Their energy can aid in physical and mental health, protection, relationships, and so much more. In this workshop, we learn the basics of crystals and how to incorporate them into our yoga practice. This guided practice starts with an introduction to crystal basics and leads into a guided gentle flow with meditation supported by our crystal practice. We take time to explore what crystals do and how to work with them and how to use them on and off the mat. This class is great for anyone who wants to work with crystals but is not sure where to start, or someone who is already working with crystals but wants to learn how to work with them on the mat.
