Pilates Workshop: Pelvic Stabilization and Shoulder Placement (September 7th)

Join Beckie for a pilates workshop focusing on pelvic stability and shoulder placement.
Shoulder placement is important to properly place and move the shoulder to prevent injury. Proper shoulder placement also helps prevent injury or discomfort in the neck.

Pelvic Stability plays a crucial role in injury prevention. When the pelvis is stable and in proper alignment, it helps distribute forces evenly throughout the body.

Shoulder Placement and pelvic stability are beneficial for the best results in physical activity and prevention of injury.

Perfecting both of these foundations allows you to work muscles properly. The muscles affected are the core, back, shoulder, and leg muscles.

All are welcome. Just bring a mat and some water. If you don't have a mat, we also have ones to borrow at the studio. Hope to see you on the 7th!

Beginner's Yoga 6 Week Series (9/11-10/16)
 
Join Sam for a 6 week series that will breakdown a Vinyasa Yoga sequence piece by piece. On the last week, you will participate in a full class that ties together all of the postures you learned in the previous weeks.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.
