Donation Heated Slow Flow Vinyasa (Aug 29th)
Nearly 10% of the world lives in extreme poverty, trapped in cycles of hardship and poor health while surviving on less than $2 a day. Malnutrition, lack of clean water, disease, and inadequate maternal and child healthcare lead to millions of people falling sick or dying prematurely. Tragically, most of this is preventable.
Access to basic healthcare, nutrition, and vaccinations should not be a privilege, yet for many, these life-saving interventions remain out of reach. The Global Health Fund combines charities with the highest-performing interventions that improve health outcomes and prevent deaths in the parts of the world that need the most help.
Charities supported by the Global Health Fund include Taimaka, Evidence Action, Against Malaria Foundation, Helen Keller International, and New Incentives.
Racing for Global Health addresses these urgent problems:
8,000 children die every day from malnutrition.
Over 2 billion people worldwide lack access to safe water or vital nutrients.
Every 19 seconds, someone dies from a disease that could have been prevented by a vaccine.
As many as 733 million children and adults go to bed hungry every night.
1 in 7 people worldwide are living with vision loss due to lack of access to care — 90% of it is preventable or treatable.
Malaria kills over half a million people each year, most of them children under five.

Candlelight Yin with Reiki ( Aug 30th)
This candlelit, restorative experience blends the deep release of Yin yoga, the subtle healing of Reiki energy, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation — all held in a soft, sensory cocoon of scent and sound.
Supported by plenty of props, every posture is designed to feel extra cozy and nurturing, allowing your body to slowly unwind, your nervous system to soften, and your mind to settle with ease.
As we move gently through stillness, Reiki helps restore energetic harmony, breath reconnects you to the present moment, and meditation opens space for clarity, peace, and deeper inner connection.
We’ll close our time together with a mini sound bath, allowing the vibrations to gently wash over you — helping your body integrate the practice and settle into deep, nourishing rest.
This is more than a class — it’s a two-hour ritual of rest, healing, and restoration. Perfect for anyone longing to slow down, soften, recharge, and return to balance.
Limited to just 12 spots to keep the experience intimate, supportive, and deeply held.
