Connection, Care, and Intention: Gentle Mindful Yoga and Sound Bowl Experience

Join Kelly for a special Mother’s Day experience rooted in connection, care, and intention. Enjoy an hour of gentle mindful yoga followed by a 30-minute sound bowl journey to help you soften, release, and reconnect.

This offering is a space to honor all forms of motherhood. Come with your mom for a meaningful shared experience, or come solo to nurture yourself or hold space for a mother who lives in your heart.

Each guest will leave with a small surprise and sweet treats as a token of love.

Flow and Restore: Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga (May 3rd)

Find the balance between movement and rest with this 90-minute class that combines the best of slow-flow and restorative yoga. The extra time on your mat allows you time to deepen your practice while restoring the body and mind. We start with an invigorating slow-flow with mindfulness-based movement to help build strength and release stress and excess energy. We then finish practice with meditation and restorative postures for a deep, relaxing release to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. (Mats/ props available to use in studio.)

Step into a space designed entirely for you to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

This 1.5-hour immersive workshop blends gentle, beginner-friendly somatic movement with deeply nourishing yin yoga to help release tension, ease aches, and calm an overactive mind. We’ll spend the first 45 minutes moving through slow, intuitive poses supported by props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, so your body feels fully held and supported throughout. This is not about performance; it’s about permission to rest, feel, and breathe.

Then, we’ll transition from movement to creativity with hands-on DIY bath salt making. You’ll craft your own custom blend to take home as an intentional gift infused with care, whether for yourself or someone you love who could use a little extra TLC.

This workshop is perfect for caregivers, busy minds, tired bodies, and anyone craving a pause. No experience is needed, just come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and with something beautiful you created to extend that care beyond the mat.

Mats and props are available for use if you don't have one!
