After we’ve moved and flowed, we’ll ease into the second half of class: a restorative meditation. This is where the magic happens. With your body already relaxed and your mind clear from the vinyasa, you’ll settle into restful poses that allow you to unwind completely. Gentle guidance will lead you through a meditation designed to deepen your sense of calm. It’s a time to let go of anything you’re holding onto and truly sink into stillness, a moment just for you to breathe and be.
Flow into Stillness is all about balance - energy and ease, effort and rest, movement and mindfulness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace, ready to take on the world with a little extra grace and a lot more presence. It’s your time to reconnect with yourself.
