Recharge & Renew: Restorative Yoga, Bodywork, Meditation, and Sound Bath (March 30th)

In this workshop, restorative yoga is combined with stretching assists and bodywork. The goal of these assists is to enhance the postures, align the body, and maximize your ability to soften into passive yoga asanas. Massage and bodywork will be used to place focus on parts of the body that may need special attention. This practice is followed with a yoga nidra (guided meditation) and a sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, and other peaceful sounds.
Join us, in this two-hour workshop, to revitalize the mind, body, and soul.
This is for all levels; prior yoga experience is not required. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring socks and a sweater or sweatshirt to bundle in for the yoga nidra and sound bath experience.

Beginner's Yoga Workshop: Standing Postures
 
This 90-minute workshop focuses on building strength, balance, and stability through foundational standing yoga postures. You will learn the key elements of alignment, how to ground and distribute your weight evenly, and modifications to make each pose accessible for your body. The session will break down essential standing poses like Warrior I, Warrior II, Chair Pose, and Tree Pose, emphasizing proper form and balance techniques. With step-by-step guidance and the option to use props for added support, this workshop will help you feel confident and steady both on and off the mat.
 
What to bring: Just bring yourself, water, and a yoga mat. (If you don't have one, don't worry, we have plenty at the studio to use.)

Vin to Zen: Vinyasa, Restorative, and Meditation (April 5th)

Vin to Zen is a 90-minute journey that invites you to move, breathe, and let go. We’ll start with a heated vinyasa flow—a chance to get your body moving, your energy flowing, and your mind focused. The warmth of the room and the rhythm of the practice will help you shake off stress, build strength, and stretch out in ways that feel so good. With each movement, you’ll feel more connected to your breath, your body, and the present moment.
After we’ve moved and flowed, we’ll ease into the second half of class: a restorative meditation. This is where the magic happens. With your body already relaxed and your mind clear from the vinyasa, you’ll settle into restful poses that allow you to unwind completely. Gentle guidance will lead you through a meditation designed to deepen your sense of calm. It’s a time to let go of anything you’re holding onto and truly sink into stillness—a moment just for you to breathe and be.
Vin to Zen is all about balance—energy and ease, effort and rest, movement and mindfulness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace, ready to take on the world with a little extra grace and a lot more presence. It’s your time to reconnect with yourself.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

In this workshop, restorative yoga is combined with stretching assists and bodywork. The goal of these assists is to enhance the postures, align the body, and maximize your ability to soften into passive yoga asanas. Massage and bodywork will be used to place focus on parts of the body that may need special attention. This practice is followed with a yoga nidra (guided meditation) and a sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, and other peaceful sounds.
Join us, in this two-hour workshop, to revitalize the mind, body, and soul.
This is for all levels; prior yoga experience is not required. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring socks and a sweater or sweatshirt to bundle in for the yoga nidra and sound bath experience.

Beginner's Yoga Workshop: Standing Postures
 
This 90-minute workshop focuses on building strength, balance, and stability through foundational standing yoga postures. You will learn the key elements of alignment, how to ground and distribute your weight evenly, and modifications to make each pose accessible for your body. The session will break down essential standing poses like Warrior I, Warrior II, Chair Pose, and Tree Pose, emphasizing proper form and balance techniques. With step-by-step guidance and the option to use props for added support, this workshop will help you feel confident and steady both on and off the mat.
 
What to bring: Just bring yourself, water, and a yoga mat. (If you don't have one, don't worry, we have plenty at the studio to use.)

Vin to Zen is a 90-minute journey that invites you to move, breathe, and let go. We’ll start with a heated vinyasa flow—a chance to get your body moving, your energy flowing, and your mind focused. The warmth of the room and the rhythm of the practice will help you shake off stress, build strength, and stretch out in ways that feel so good. With each movement, you’ll feel more connected to your breath, your body, and the present moment.
After we’ve moved and flowed, we’ll ease into the second half of class: a restorative meditation. This is where the magic happens. With your body already relaxed and your mind clear from the vinyasa, you’ll settle into restful poses that allow you to unwind completely. Gentle guidance will lead you through a meditation designed to deepen your sense of calm. It’s a time to let go of anything you’re holding onto and truly sink into stillness—a moment just for you to breathe and be.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

New Moon in Taurus Workshop: Yoga Flow, Guided Meditation and Sharing Circle

All are Welcome!

In our time together, we will honor the energies of this New Moon in Taurus by addressing the themes of Stability and Acceptance of Change as a part of life.

How to find your own self-respect in order to ensure that you are not mistakenly seeking this in material things. When we accept who we are it is easier to find peace and tranquility in the outside world.

We will enjoy a Yoga Flow, a Guided Meditation focusing on the themes of this New Moon, and time to journal and share what we discovered in a designated Safe Sharing Space.

The flow will allow us to ground into the Earth Energy of Taurus and create some Fire in order to release.

The Sharing Time will allow us to awaken our Throat Chakra and the Ether/Space element, to speak what needs to be released in order to find peace and tranquility in our lives.

Beginner's Yoga Workshop: Sun Salutations (A & B)
 
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll break down the flow of Sun Salutations (A & B) to understand their rhythm, purpose, and benefits. This session is designed to help beginners build confidence and familiarity with the movements involved, emphasizing breath awareness and proper alignment throughout. You’ll learn modifications for each pose and tips for adjusting the pace to suit your body. The workshop will begin with a warm-up to prepare the spine and hamstrings, followed by a breakdown of each posture in the Sun Salutation sequence. You’ll then practice a few slow rounds of Sun Salutations, building up to a more natural pace, allowing time to connect breath with movement.
 
What to bring: Just bring yourself, water, and a yoga mat. (If you don't have one, don't worry, we have plenty at the studio to use.)

Vin to Zen is a 90-minute journey that invites you to move, breathe, and let go. We’ll start with a heated vinyasa flow—a chance to get your body moving, your energy flowing, and your mind focused. The warmth of the room and the rhythm of the practice will help you shake off stress, build strength, and stretch out in ways that feel so good. With each movement, you’ll feel more connected to your breath, your body, and the present moment.
After we’ve moved and flowed, we’ll ease into the second half of class: a restorative meditation. This is where the magic happens. With your body already relaxed and your mind clear from the vinyasa, you’ll settle into restful poses that allow you to unwind completely. Mindful Movement

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.
