Waves of Wellness: Sound Bath & IV Vitamin Infusions (Oct 12th)
Drift into deep restoration with an immersive wellness experience that combines the healing vibrations of a sound bath with the nourishing power of IV vitamin infusions.
As soothing sounds wash over you, you’ll be comfortably settled while receiving an IV infusion designed to rehydrate, restore, and rebalance. The sound bath calms the mind and eases tension, while the infusion supports your body with essential nutrients to promote rest, mental clarity, and balanced moods.

What You’ll Get:
Restorative sound bath session for deep relaxation
IV infusion to support rest, mental clarity & balanced moods
Pre-infusion medical exam with a Nurse Practitioner via Zoom 24–48 hrs prior to event to ensure medical safety, link will be provided ($30 exam fee waived for event participants)
Capacity: Minimum of 4 participants (event will be canceled/refunded if not met); maximum of 8 participants for an intimate, serene experience.

This is a stationary yoga class working on breath, movement, and proper alignment. This class will have you in holds while focusing on your breath. The heat helps to loosen your joints, and assists in you going a little deeper into each pose. This class is a slower paced full body class for those who are beginner to advanced practitioners. All levels are welcome.

Please arrive before the start of class. Doors will be locked at the start of the class.
Pre-Registration is required due to limited capacity. You have up to 2 hours prior to the class to cancel. If you have a class card and do not cancel 2 hours prior, one class will be removed from class card. For autopay/ month unlimited memberships, a $10 fee will be charged to your account.
