Yoga Nidra

Take an hour for yourself and breath during the holiday season...Learn the basics of yoga nidra aka yogic sleep. Yoga nidra is the deepest possible state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra works by immersing the practitioner in the healing rhythms of the alpha state, while planting the seed of your intention (i.e. finding peace, purpose, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, cultivating balance etc). This workshop includes both explanation of the process of yoga nidra, a 45 minute experiential practice of yoga nidra.

The active practice of vinyasa flow requires us to tap into our yang energy as we move dynamically from pose to pose. The yin practice, rooted in the Taoist yoga tradition, is slower paced and postures are held longer. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues helping to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities.
These classes are taught in a warm room but not as warm as hot vinyasa classes.

Yin Vinyasa (YinVin)
VinYin is the perfect balance between yin and yang. Class starts with vinyasa and ends with yin yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The active practice of vinyasa flow requires us to tap into our yang energy as we move dynamically from pose to pose. The yin practice, rooted in the Taoist yoga tradition, is slower paced and postures are held longer. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues helping to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities.

Take an hour for yourself and breath during the holiday season...Learn the basics of yoga nidra aka yogic sleep. Yoga nidra is the deepest possible state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra works by immersing the practitioner in the healing rhythms of the alpha state, while planting the seed of your intention (i.e. finding peace, purpose, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, cultivating balance etc). This workshop includes both explanation of the process of yoga nidra, a 45 minute experiential practice of yoga nidra.

Yin Vinyasa (YinVin)
VinYin is the perfect balance between yin and yang. Class starts with vinyasa and ends with yin yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The active practice of vinyasa flow requires us to tap into our yang energy as we move dynamically from pose to pose. The yin practice, rooted in the Taoist yoga tradition, is slower paced and postures are held longer. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues helping to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities.
These classes are taught in a warm room but not as warm as hot vinyasa classes.
